Logics-Care is a platform of professionals that have backgrounds in human health and development, and psychology , and although we have training and education in these subjects; here we are just real people talking to real people about how to solve a problem. We're not therapists and we're not going to council you, and that's what sets us apart from the rest. We're here whenever you need to chat. The world brings issues, in here we're like a friend in your pocket. 

Am I speaking to AI?

No, you are speaking to a real person here at Logics-Care. We are educated and skilled in human health an development, coaching skills and psychology.

Why did my chat end abruptly?

Theres a few reasons why a chat would end abruptly

• Disrespectful behaivor or content in the chat

• Context that goes agaisnt room rules and policy

Upon entering chat you will have been given the session rules prior to entering by hitting agree you acknowledge that you have read and understand these policies

Upon hitting the agree button prior to entering chat it is stated that you have read agree and understand the policies and agreemnets that are outlined in the policies and agreements page, which can be located att he bottom of the site policys tab.

How much time is alloted for my chat time?

20 minutes is how long each chat session has.

Are my chats kept on file?

No Logics-Care does not keep or file any of the chats, in order for a chat to be attained it would be within the chat session if  content or information is that of illegal context, that of abuse, murder or severity of wrong doing that is of areas of law inforcment  managment processing. Your chats are confidential anonymous and are not kept in a data base or files.

Am I allowed a refund if my chat ended abruptly?

You are not eligible to recieve a refund if the chat ended abrupty due to breach of session rules.

 You may be eligble if we were unable to assist you for matters of areas outside of our limitations, and were given further information in the chat for resources and services that may further be of help. Visit the About Us page, contact us if you had not already recieved a refund within a few days following chat services. You can find the email provided for you on the About Us page.

Can I speak to the same agent as I had had before?

No. we do not have any tools set into place at this time to speak to requested agents, Although we  have only about 12 agents that are of each of  locations in the U.S and around the globe so chances are you will be speaking to that agent again during other chat sessions 

Individuals must be 18 years or older to enter into chat as stated on the agreements tab

We do not offer in office sessions

Chats are not kept on file, unless criminal activity is involved and is kept available for the interest of law enforcement  

We do not offer a field of mental health services 

Our team is not of licensed therapists/ counselors/ or medical physicians, but of professionals that have backgrounds in human health and development, and psychology. Please contact your medical physician to receive further help in finding a mental health provider for mental health services in care and management for mental health issues.
